After scouring the internet, I am now currently trying to solve the issue using Switchres X (SRX) - to no avail. The native resolution on this thing should be able to put out 1360 x 768, however when I try to enable this resolution the TV does not recognize the signal. Three AQUOS LED TVs by Sharp have been awarded with the Red Dot, the international distinction for high design quality.

I'm running a mini-DVI to DVI adapter, connected to a DVI to HDMI cable. The Sharp model is LC37D43U, and its 720p/1080i. I have a core duo Macbook, and a Sharp Aquos 37" LCD TV.
